The clinic starts at 8:30 am Saturday to Thursday and at 9:00 am on Fridays. Please feel free to call us with any questions or to make an appointment with our specialists
We only need your Emirates ID when you visit our clinic.
There is no need to book an appointment. You can walk in anytime. However, you can book an appointment with our specialists prior to visiting our clinic.
There is paid RTA parking (Zone C) outside our clinics in Karama. However, it will cost you AED 2 /hour.
The waiting time varies depending on the day and the time of your visit. On average, you will have to wait for 20 to 40 minutes during rush hours. Otherwise, you will only have to wait for 10 to 15 minutes before your turn
We have our own pharmacy right next to our clinic, where you can buy your prescribed medicine easily. If your prescribed medicine is not available, the pharmacist will speak to your doctor to prescribe an alternative medicine. If your company covers the medication too, then you will not have to pay at the pharmacy.
If you are not sure if medication is covered by your insurance company or not. Present your insurance card or Emirates ID at the reception. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
The test results are available within 24 to 48 hours depending on the type of test carried out.
