We accept most insurance companies. Give us a call to check if we accept your insurance at Dr. Ismail Healthcare Group.
If we do not accept your insurance, we will issue a reimbursement form. You can pay at the clinic, and claim the reimbursement with your employer in Dubai. Your employer will assist you in the reimbursement of your consultation fee from the insurance company. The consultation fee can be reimbursed in full or partially depending on your insurance policy.
We only need your Emirates ID when you visit our clinic.
There is no need to book an appointment. You can walk in anytime. However, you can book an appointment with our specialists prior to visiting our clinic.
Usually, the consultation lasts for 10 to 20 minutes. The length of each consultation depends on the complexity of each case and the patients’ condition.
The waiting time varies depending on the day and the time of your visit. On average, you will have to wait for 20 to 40 minutes during rush hours. Otherwise, you will only have to wait for 10 to 15 minutes before your turn
We have our own pharmacy right next to our clinic, where you can buy your prescribed medicine easily. If your prescribed medicine is not available, the pharmacist will speak to your doctor to prescribe an alternative medicine. If your company covers the medication too, then you will not have to pay at the pharmacy.
If you are not sure if medication is covered by your insurance company or not. Present your insurance card or Emirates ID at the reception. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
The test results are available within 24 to 48 hours depending on the type of test carried out.
